Brought in for an oil change as well tire rotation, which was free as it was my fifth one in a year. I asked for the GMC 8 inch screen to be checked. That diagnosis as well as checking the brake lights resulted in $160 bill. I don’t mind paying for their work as it excellent.

Terrible experience. Will never come back for service. I had a kicker system installed in my truck that I paid for through the GMC website and the dealership tried to charge me for the system and installation again at a price 30% above what I’d paid already. They didn’t want to honor the price until I insisted despite me having paid for it already. But it didn’t end there. I had my truck serviced at the same time for an oil change and a fuel filter change. For some inexplicable reason the oil change that I routinely pay $150 for was $186 despite there being no change in the oil I used or labor charges. The fuel filter change was another $190 which is absurd for what that entails. There’s a lot of options for routine service around me that doesn’t want to gouge me just because they get their feelings hurt they can’t make some extra on a basic speaker install. I’ll be availing myself of those options next time.

I wanted for one of the attendants to pull the car ahead of me forward. When I was able to pull forward, the car behind also pulled up. The attendant checked the car in behind me first and the other attendant kept checking in the car ahead of me. No one never greeted me or said we'll be with you. I stood outside of my car for at least 6 minutes before I was acknowledged.

I was a walk in the short week of 4th of July for an oil change, tire rotation and several issues due to a dead battery the day before. I was told due to a short week, they may not have time to complete everything, but if I could leave it, they would see what they could do. My truck was completed that afternoon. I was just in the dealership on Wednesday of last week I got the 100,000 mile service. Your technician left something loose or did not secure a part because it fell off the truck while driving in traffic. Now, the engine is knocking and jerking, driving, sluggish. It can barely pull up an hill , struggling to maintain the speed. The ESC light is on with the check engine light.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your facility. As a long-time customer and someone who values professional and respectful treatment, I found my most recent interaction with your service team to be not only frustrating but also deeply concerning. On June 4, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for service. I received my vehicle back on July 18, 2025, 6 weeks later with a broke passenger mirror. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, the lack of communication, urgency, or willingness to find a solution was unacceptable and unprofessional. What added to my disappointment was the complete absence of any offer to provide a loaner vehicle or alternative accommodation. As someone who relies heavily on my vehicle for daily responsibilities, being left without transportation created a significant disruption. When I inquired about the possibility of a loaner car, my request was dismissed without consideration. This lack of support reflects poorly on your commitment to customer care. The dismissive tone, lack of urgency, and absence of basic customer service gestures such as follow-up communication or empathy left me feeling disrespected and marginalized. No customer should ever be made to feel as though they are not welcome or valued because of their background, ethnicity, or appearance. Whether intentional or systemic, this kind of treatment is unacceptable in any professional setting and must be addressed immediately. Every customer deserves to be treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect--regardless of their race or background. I hope that the Phil Moore Service Department is willing to acknowledge this situation and take meaningful steps to improve. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I am so sorry that you feel this way- this had nothing to do with Phil Moore Buick GMC. Your extended warranty company would not authorize tear down time for us to determine what was going on with your vehicle. They are the ones that told us that you would have to authorize the tear down time and if it was a covered component then they would cover the tear down. We strife in customer service, integrity, and most of all honesty. If there is anything else we can do for you in the future please let us know.

Ms Patty in service was very helpful. My ignition switch started going out on Wednesday, and i was going out of town on Saturday. On Thursday, I called Phil Moore parts dept and there was one in stock. i called service to get the cost for labor. Then on Friday morning at 0735, i called Phil Moore service and got Ms Patty on phone. I told her my situation and asked if she could somehow work me in today! She checked and said YES! Got me in same day, work was completed, and everything works great! I really appreciate them doing this for me- especially on a Friday- a day I can only imagine is very busy. Many Thanks!!

My wife and i had to bring our vehicle in three times for work to be done. All three times we were told that they didn’t have a loaner vehicle. We were told that the loaner vehicles were about two-three weeks out. When we brought our vehicle in for warranty work we were three thousand miles under warranty. They filled it with Freon and due and told us to drive it until it run out and they then could find the problem. It quit cooling about three thousand miles over the warranty. I already had spoken with the General Manager(Eddie). He told me it would be covered because everything was documented before the warranty expired. The service department still tried to charge me for the repairs. I wish i could give you less than one star. Mt wife and i saw a couple of other vehicles there in the store that we were very interested in. But this experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. We will take our money and spend it somewhere else where we are appreciated.

The service was great BUT the auto technician entered our 2025 GMC ACADIA wearing soiled clothing and obviously did not use seat protection. I noticed what looked like something shiny on my drivers seat and wiped it off with a clean paper towel. It was black. I went back to the service desk and expressed my concerns. A female employee did clean it for me. They assured me the technicians use seat covers. As I was leaving, I witnessed a technician getting into another vehicle and not using seat protection. I have a BIG concern the technicians are not following protocol. This needs to be addressed.

The customer should be allowed to show the repairman what specific areas they want addressed when getting cosmetic work completed on their vehicles, told how much the cost will be before work is started, and a chance to review the completed work before completing payment. None of these options were offered to me. Even something as simple as resetting my oil life after my service was completed wasn’t done. Overall, I would use Phil Moore again, but I would double check the work completed before the payment is processed.

This was my second scheduled maintenance visit to the Dealership for my GMC truck. This is my second survey about the experience. I had an 8 o'clock appointment. I'd already supposedly ordered the tires couple of weeks before my scheduled appointment as well as they had ordered the container for the washer fluid that either had a hole in it or I think they said it burned a little bit. Dropped off my vehicle at eight. Got an Uber to work was told it would be a couple hours. I couldn't get the service lady over the phone cannot remember her name so I got there around 120 to pick up my vehicle to find out the tires or not even There asked her why she didn't call me. She said well I just found out long story short she didn't call me back again she told me it'd be 45 minutes after the tires got there supposedly they were on their way again. I didn't get a phone call. I had somewhere I had to be by 5 o'clock. I was dropped offaround 4:20 had to wait about 20 minutes lady name April helped me get the paperwork and my key so I could leave. It was an awful experience that didn't need to be that way.

Had a 10 AM appointment for oil change,tire rotation. At 11AM my truck had been moved back to dealer parking lot (directly behind me) so I could see from window. Finally, my truck was taken back for the service then completed the service at 12PM. Overall my wait time was 2 hours instead of the usual 1 hour.

They sold a truck a twenty twenty five we have problems from day one. We purchased the vehicle 1 day the next day we call our seal manager to let him know what went wrong with the truck. I had an oil change on November 26, which I was very pleased with. However, yesterday, December 8 my check engine light came on and I went to the dealership and they got the code P1098 and the earliest I can get it repaired is December 17. I have been trying for the last three hours to. get someone from the dealership to get me a courtesy car or give me information that is OK to drive. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service

It was difficult to make the appointment. There needs to be improvement when scheduling the appointment. The online option never works. When scheduled, it sent conflicting emails saying I was confirmed and another saying I’m not confirmed until the dealership calls. They never called. I had to reach out to them for confirmation and left voicemails that went unanswered for a few days. It shouldn’t be that hard.

The service provided (oil change/tire rotation) was fast and the service writer was friendly. The only issue I have was the cost of the service. I have noticed the cost has escalated each time it is performed. I drive a lot, so I am at the dealership every three months. I understand the cost of changing the oil in a Deisel motor is more, but $175 seems high.
